Case history: 29 year old lady presented to A&E with UTI. She had a history of emotionally unstable personality disorder and was an elective inpatient in a psychiatric hospital at the time of her presentation. Graves’ disease presenting with hypercalcaemia, thymic hyperplasia and lymphadenopathy

We would like to report an interesting case of GravesÂ’ disease which presented with thymic hyperplasia, bilateral generalised lymphadenopathy and hypercalcaemia, along with other typical manifestations of hyperthyroidism.
